The club is making a comeback from almost  extinction. A tremendous effort is being made to revitalize the club and bring it back to its former strong public snow sports and social group.  The Sequoia Ski Club's current membership roster consist of 39.

  The purpose for which the Sequoia Ski Club was formed and is operated and conducted are educational, civic, and snow sports activities. The primary objectives are to promote snow sports and social activities. Our club covers the Kings, Tulare and Kern Counties of the San Joaquin Valley in California. Our membership ranges in age from late twenty to mid- seventies, and a wide variety of professional and nonprofessional backgrounds with skiing ability of every class. 

  Sequoia Ski Club is a member of the Sierra Council of the Far West Ski Association.

 Membership in the Sequoia Ski  Club is open to all persons twenty-one years of age or older who are interested in skiing, who wish to participate in the activities of the club, and who agree to abide by its rules, regulations and policies.
